im being kinda silly here- i got frustrated trying to get the right pose and everyone was starving.  still a fun picture tho
pompei- the cool ceramics in this warehouse- they preserved the bodies there by pouring plaster down a small hole to preserve the people's positions.  below is me, jenn and amanda in front of one of the buildings

last week was a blast

tuesday we had a karaoke party down in Rinaldos and everyone was down there pretty much- what a mess jenn and i sang sk8er boi- ill never live it down!

then wednesday's calcio game was awesome we tied but i got nailed with a ball in the rib cage- i felt pretty cool.  and i stole the ball from this crazy aggressive teacher- ( he got it back right away but thats not the point!) then thursday was my big test so i skipped beer and pizza and i think i ACED the test- it was fun to take and know all the answers- doesnt happen that often in college- thursday was pretty much perfect- because my other class that day was cancelled and the test with it- can you believe it? so i went downtown and got MORE gelato- this time an awesome caramel one that i wish i had gotten caffe with.  oh well- then saturday morning, on a whim we went to NAples because the Venice trip fell through.  It was fun and random.  Naples is definitely one of those places you have to know where to go i guess.  It was very dirty, but the castles there were worth seeing, and our hostel was nice and we went to ischia, an island on the amalfi coast yesterday.  it was gorgeous although a little out of season. i go to sicily on thursday so ill probly not update til after that- i have lots of laundry and studying to do..... busy busy busy
